The Dentist With A Pampering Touch
Posted by myideas1 on August 4th, 2008
Get ready to relax! Dental visits are no longer filled with anxiety, but are replaced with the comforts of a posh spa.
Since introducing The Dental Spa to the Marietta area in 2005, not only has Dr. Shai Hall received patients from all over the metro Atlanta area, but patients from as far away as California and Chicago have traveled to experience “Dentistry with a Pampering Touch.”
Dr. Shai Hall received a BS in biology from Bethune-Cookman College in Daytona Beach, Florida, and her DDS degree from the University of Maryland - Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. During her dental school years, she did an externship at a Navaho Indian Reservation. After graduation, she served in the Air Force Dental Corps for six years in stations here in the states and Japan.
Her practice offers an array of dental services including Laser Teeth Whitening, Lumineers, Porcelain Veneers, Invisalign, Smile Makeovers, natural colored fillings, cleanings and much more.
Dr. Hall offers her patients an assortment of spa amenities, including an indulgent chair massage, paraffin hand wax treatment and aromatherapy during their visit. From a relaxing atmosphere to luxury spa services, The Dental Spa strives to provide you with a pampering experience. Be careful though, you just might fall asleep.

Talk about getting two for one…

I’m always getting nervous when going to a dental clinic thinking about those dental instruments to be used inside my mouth. But if the dental clinic is like this, relaxation wins over nervousness.

If the dentist does not have a fifth of Courvoisier, a hammer, or general anesthesia, there will be no relaxing of Shelia. I HATE going to the dentist. I do my two cleanings annually and have had to have other work done, but I try not to even drive down the street where there is a dentist’s office.
Damn my vanity!!

What a brilliant idea! I would love to get my dentistry there as I dread the dentist and would do just about anything to avoid it. This sounds relaxing actually.

Wish she was based in Texas. I’m gonna have my dentist appointment in 2 days and I hate it because they might recommend for oral surgery…that scares me! Such a terrific idea of her to do the pampering touch for the patients.

Dental visits are often traumatic enough, but having that “spa touch” sounds wonderful! Thankfully, North Carolina is close enough

I really need a dentist like her. Is 14 hours too long of a commute for a check up?
Oh! And Happy Birthday!

Michael - I’d say. You can’t beat that kind of treatment!
Emirie - It does make the visit more bearable when you know that the goal is for you to relax.
Shelia - As Usher would say, “You’ve got it bad, girl.”
Heidi - Yes, it’s a brilliant idea. When I was growing up, dental visits were my greatest fear.
Pinay - Some dentists may offer this service in your town. If not, come on over!
Ada - All I can say is, “Ahhh Spa!”
Carol - No…14 hours is not too long. Just get everything done in one swoop.
Thanks for the birthday wish.

Dental spa? Oh yeah, I think I could get a tooth pulled up in there if they’re giving me a manicure & massage at the same time.

sHaE, What a shift; dental visits are now a pleasure. Now…what’s our excuse?
