Atlanta Trusts Tiffanie Davis With Intimate Details

Posted by myideas1 on October 11th, 2008

TiffanieDavisPod1.jpgWhen you're ready to talk, Ms. Tiffanie Davis is ready to listen. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Tiffanie Davis moved to Atlanta in 1998. Ms. Davis obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Master's Degree, specializing in Professional Counseling at Argosy University.

Specializing in sex therapy has always been of particular interest to Ms. Davis, so in 2002 she began work on her doctoral degree in Human Sexuality Education at Widener University in Chester, PA, and is now a doctoral candidate.

While much of her clinical history has involved supporting adults with mental illness, Ms. Davis continues to be passionate in helping individuals of all ages with sexuality concerns.

In February 2006, Tiffanie Davis expanded her work to the private sector, focusing primarily on low sex desire and orgasmic disorders in women. With much success in this area, Ms. Davis expanded her practice by opening Intimate Details, LLC, an interdisciplinary service practice providing therapeutic counseling services, consultation, public speaking and educational TiffanieDavisPod2.jpggroups to parents and children.

Ms. Davis has published articles in the Gainesville Times and in 2008 was featured in People You Need to Know Magazine, and Fit Atlanta Magazine. She maintains an interactive website, where she responds to anonymous questions regarding mental health and sexuality concerns.

Ms. Davis is an adjunct faculty member of Argosy University where she teaches Human Sexuality. She is an active member of the Licensed Professional Counseling Association of Georgia and the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists.

Thank goodness there is someone that people can go to with these very personal and intimate issues. Sometimes those things can be very hard to discuss and it is good to know there is help. Nice that you profiled her.

Heidi: I agree. At least Tiffanie is available to give unbiased advice in those situations where you can’t talk to just “anyone.” Everyone needs a listening ear at some time in their lives.
