Shenea Winston is the lead agent of The Winston Realtors of Re/Max Town & Country and is now considered a veteran in the real estate industry with 8 years under her belt.
She has been involved in Real Estate since she was 12 years old. Well…not really, she just spent many years of her childhood growing up in a household that included real estate as a part of life due to the fact that her father was a custom homebuilder. She is a native of Alabama, but moved to Atlanta almost nine years ago with her husband.
Shenea is “customer service” oriented and believes it is an agent’s most important attribute. She states: “Satisfied clients are one of my main priorities because satisfied clients send referrals.” As a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, she is proud to say that currently 90% of her business is from client referrals.
Shenea is a Top Realtor who’s known for always looking out for her client’s best interest and integrity is the key! “Integrity Really Matters” is Shenea’s motto. Her mission statement is: “No matter what goals in life I want to achieve, I will not compromise my integrity to reach those goals!”

Shenea attended the University of Alabama where she met her husband of almost nine years, Christopher, a pharmaceutical sales representative and proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. She and her husband presently live in Cobb County with their beautiful 5-year-old daughter who wants to be a Realtor just like Mommy when she grows up!

She sounds like someone you want on your side. How do you always find these exceptional individuals and why can’t you find them in Kansas City for me. I would love it as the people in Atlanta are so lucky to have you helping them find the ‘go to’ people!

There are so many good professionals. We usually only hear of the shady characters. It is good to know about the great ones.

Shenea is really a super negotiator and she makes it her business to ensure that her clients are thoroughly satisfied. She helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we are really happy. She is definitely the person you need and would want on your side!

Shenea is the best! I am a business owner and she worked with me to get my establishment. It is true what they say about her, she is a “Negotiator”. She meets with you and makes you feel very comfortable. She goes over your contracts so that you know what you are signing. She has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend Shenea to my clients that are looking to buy homes, commercial businesses and even property rentals. She is professional, determined and she gets you what you want.

As long as I have known Shenea, she has been a very determined, hard-working and motivated individual. She has the ability to connect with people in a way that is truly beneficial in the real estate community. “The Negotiator”, as Shenea is affectionately referred, is the epitome of a well-rounded professional. Recently, I worked with Shenea on the purchase of my second home and the rental of my first. This spirit-filled negotiator was able to solidify an outstanding deal and held all parties involved to her undaunting standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction and integrity. A chameleon of sorts, Shenea holds a wide range of expertise within the real estate industry—she knows something about everything and is not afraid to use this knowledge to empower her clients. Shenea is not only a wonderful person, she is a professional who knows the business inside and out. I was referred to Shenea from a friend; that was the best thing that could ever happen to me. Shenea helped me through all of the obstacles I had to go thru and now I am so proud to say I own my first home. I call her the “Negotiator” because she never gives up until the job is complete.

Shenea is an awesome women of God who wears many hats. Her real estate success is a direct reflection of her faith. I have the pleasure of working closely with her at our local Church, and she is great. Always professional, detailed oriented, and extremely hard working. She never gives up until the task is complete. I love having her in my corner. She deserves all these accolades and so much more.

Shenea helped me purchase my first home and I could not have been more satisfied. She got me a better deal on a nicer house than I thought possible. I wouldn’t want anyone else in my corner.

Shenea is definitely a wonderful and professional real estate agent that works for you! She always says that referrals are her lifeline, so she is about satisfying you and not the dollar bill. She works to get the best deal for YOU even though it means less commission for her. Imagine that!! That is so awesome!! She knows the true key to longevity in this business is her faithfulness to Christ and that is why her clients will contiue to refer her to others and return to her for all of their real estate needs in the future because of her faith and work ethic. Shenea should also be known as the “Believer” because she believes and knows that you can accomplish all things through Christ!! She is also an awesome interior decorator, so you can use her after you purchase your dream home as well.
