Just yesterday, I was out in the cold running. All of a sudden, I stepped wrong or landed wrong, and I felt something hurt in my right foot.

Today it feels fine, but I am going to give it another day or two to make sure.

@PurpleGreenPops: When it comes to your feet, you definitely want to keep them in tip-top shape. Minor problems can sometimes turn into major ones, especially if you’re very active.

You know, I need to be better to my feet and I hate to say it but I just don’t think about it. This lady has quite a background and is one of those kind of doctors that I would love to go to!

Frostbitten feet today, I stupidly wore sandals driving to work in -18 C temeratures. The radiator of the car froze, the engine overheated and of course the car heating system didn’t work! Ouch!

Foot massages are the best treatment of all.
