I heard on the radio the little girl was feeling guilty because she was the one who wanted to go to the restaurant where this happened. I learned about this story over the weekend and I was very angry to hear about Clayton Co. dropping the ball and releasing this man. He needs to be jailed ASAP and made to pay for his actions.
